Maybe take a moment to get to know people in the community before "mercilessly reviewing" peoples applications. Remember, if people don't really know you, they're more likely to form a negative first impression (as you're probably doing by this post ) At the moment you seem like you're desperate to get your name 'out there', (lots of posts) which is no bad thing, it just seems a little desperate for attention. Take it easy dude
