I remember when I was on staff team, and tom said the caps rule has been taken out. I got muted the other day, without a warn or /warn. Thankfully frame knew i was unfairly muted so he unmuted me before I came bitching on the forums. But blinkey, the guy that never gets on the forums, muted me for a non-existing rule. Please remind him to be on top of things and make sure rules haven't changed, because I personally am myself. Ty for reading.
