(I was not able to post it in the Ban Appeals, as i got an Error, whenever i tried to. The last Ban appeal i made was over a month ago, so idk) I, TheDanishJungler was banned for “Mute Evade” On The twenty-second of February at 21:06. At this time i was muted for racist remarks which I will admit, was not the best thing to do while on a server that I enjoy to play on and was planning to donate more soon (I’m aware this does not change the decision but just pointing it out). But I do not agree that I was banned for the mute evade, I was not in any contact with ItzHeroMc during the time I was banned or any other persons on the server. Also, during the mute Hero and myself were running around in wilderness when this happened. He Hero. was just rambling and trying to make a joke about my mute and such when Phil banned me for mute evade. I will admit i had an alt account logged on at the time but immediately logged off after i was banned to prevent even more chaos.
So, Hero says, "Danish said he is muted because he has a chode". Which my response was "oh, so mute evade?" Then hero said you were nodding your head? And that you allegedly communicated with him using signs?
Phil - I weren't nodding to anything that concerns mute evade. - I made a small dick and sat a sign saying "my dick" on. - Didn't allegedly communicate with him, ask him about that, as he just ran around the place with FuzzyCat
- I will also say that i wrote a sign saying "Jesus christ phil" when you mentioned that you didn't care if Character spam weren't on the ruleboard.
That is technically mute evade, though I think 24 hours is satisfactory in this case.. The fact of the matter is you'd not have been muted if you hadn't made a racist remark in chat.
