So I am juggernaut and got a new pay pal account and with my old Visa card that I bought didn't work cause there's new buy craft thing that is owned in a different county my Visa card didn't work so now I made a pay pal but it said you have failed fraud requirements before I was even able to type my paypal I think it has Somthing to do with the 4 times I tried with my Visa card but if you know how to fix this that would be great thanks for reading bye!
ok so when u are getting the cards make sure they are cards you wont have to register first. Also make sure you have all the information you need for your paypal. btw all giftcards from wa;mart have to be registerd/ good luck thats all the more i know.
Riley, sorry for the problem is this a credit card? Or a prepaid card? If it's a prepaid card there is a very simple fix! When you purchase the card it says "Register the card on *website* before making online purchases" if you haven't registered your card you will not be able to make online purchases. And, if you haven't entered your SSD, and your security questions on paypal your paypal won't be fully functional. If this problem still happens comment below and again, sorry for your purchase problem.
The card is activated I got it checked out I even called up visa my card don't work cause of the website it is not from us so I added it to pay pal and then I added my name email and address stuff like that then I hit continue purchase that is where you can add pay pal stuff but it said you have failed fraud requirements
Hey can I buy beast on ddevilps account and then I get overlord and his rank goes away but he still gets legend Devilp is my brother after buying the 50 dollar beast rank it would equal more then my upgrade to overlord by 15 dollars and idk about that but yeah maybe that would work cause the web thinks I'm a fraud
