The owner says i still will not be unbanned if i purchase an unban

 

The reason why he can not purchase this is because 2checkout is from a different county and he that is what they use. He is using a amaricain card the only way to purchase is through PayPal or if they change the donating website back to the recent one

 

2checkout is from a different country? I'm from America and I know you can use any other country cards on 2checkout. Amazon (used to) use it and eBay (used to) use it as well.
