I would like to speak to Tom and Asaen only. So once again, Recently I was banned for mute bypass when I got home from school. I noticed that I was banned for FIFTEEN days for 'Mute bypass' when I did not bypass in any way. I recognize that PureGold posted a forum saying I DID infact bypass my mute, and I think that is wrong. Here's how it went down. I was PvPing PureGold in an intense 1v1, and It was fairly even. I didn't have time to read chat, or even pay attention to anything else, really. That's just my style. I stay focused on one thing, one mission, and one person to kill. Since PureGold is a fairly good PvPer, and I always enjoy pvping him and risking it all, I was sincerely focused on killing him, not reading chat. I NOW know that Asaen muted me, because of the last forum he gave me proof he muted me. I didn't even know I was muted because I was PvPing with PureGold. So resuming the story, I ran out of combat and logged off because my computer literally had a notice saying 30 seconds left till it restarts, and I had a LOT of prot 4 on me. I logged off when out of combat, ran over to my little sister, Brownyboo's computer, and asked her to let me message PureGold saying I had to go, and plus my computer was restarting. I did NOT know I was muted in any way. One last thing : I play on FOV 100, and my Chat Scale on 36, Opacity 55, Unfocused Height 90px Focused Height 180px Width 300px, which is quite small and it's made so that it DOESEN'T distract me in a PvP fight. I really hope that I can be unbanned because I honestly had no idea that I was muted, and I don't think it's fair that I get banned for my computer restarting in the midst of a PvP battle. Why did you log onto your sisters account and msg pureGold13 secretively of you didn't know you were muted?
Because my computer was restarting, and I had to go but she didn't, so I ran over to her computer and typed something. I can show you my setup via Skype, and show you how close her computer was if you would like.
Okay, so just to put together what you're saying. You didn't realize you were muted, and were 1v1ing PureGold13. You got muted in the middle of the fight, but didn't notice. You had to go right at that moment, so you hopped onto your sisters computer/account and typed to Pure there. It happened exactly after you got muted? You had to go but your sister didn't right after you got muted? Is it just me, or is this a bit odd? That all these events just happened to occur in perfect sequence to make it look like bypassing a mute.
Even if you weren't aware, it's hour responsibility to know. By talking to PureGold13 as brownyboo, you therefore bypassed a mute, and as of now, you will remain banned.
I did NOT know I was muted. I don't even know when I GOT muted. All I remember was I was pvping him, a long fight, and my computer was bout to restart so I ran, got out of combat, then I logged off, ran over to my sister's computer, and messages PureGold saying my computer had to restart, and then I just went to bed for the day.
If you think I bypassed mute on purpose, that's your opinion, and it's an incorrect opinion. Only I know the truth, and I have told it many times to you already.

Ok, you said you wanted to talk with me, here i am! I see you wrote i muted you, but i wasnt online at that moment. So you're strongly accusing me for something i didnt do. And that you didnt "know" you got muted is not our problem, our problem is solved, and that by a ban. Thread closed. ~Bro
