Today I saw that Phil had stepped down from staff. That got me thinking....Phil was such a good staff member and he will always be remembered. So many people loved him. Just like Essi, or Zane or a lot of people who most people don't even know exist but we excellent staff members. So I was thinking. We could make a warp called "Hall of Fame" for staff members who were really good but they stepped down. Ones that really were dedicated and made a lot of improvements to the server. I think it would be a good idea in memory of all of them. Thanks ~Ben
That is a great Idea but it has a couple of flaws who would decide if they where a good staff member? And some people might feel that they should be put in the hall when they haven't been. Good idea ~Urban~
That is a good point. What are your suggestions? I was thinking that the staff team can decide depending on how long the member of staff was helping and what they accomplished. People can also have a vote and a forum could be made.
I would have all of staff, and the players help choose because why leave someone out. Another way is maybe have the owner of the server that has known them since they first joined the team choose.
That's a good idea. The problem with doing all staff is some may have not helped out much or at all. Some have been found cheating or using staff commands to their advantage. Those staff members I don't think should go in. But I like the owner idea.
How about all of the staff members that didn't get demoted, and staff members that resigned? And in another room would be the other staff members that were also good but got demoted. What do you think? I also have another idea, a staff graveyard, of staff who've made it to Moderator+ and resigned? If staff members resign and are going to the graveyard, then there could be a hopper where players could put book & quills into with notes, and the hopper would be emptied after into a double chest buried at the former staff member's grave. <3 Waterfall
