So.... Before i start ranting about my problem..... im just gonna say that when i pressed buy, it didnt show the price for it.... So, i got 11 damn hoppers for 194-5 k and then i freaked out. Then, they weren't placing. Then after a bit of trying, they placed, but when i broke them because i was testing if it would work, (and no clearlag in sight) all of them disappeared from my inv when i never dropped the ones i still had. I am reeeally mad so i kinda want a refund, the reset was today, and i lost all my money. and before you say "why didnt you craft em" I didnt have the iron or wood at the time so it would be faster just to buy them from the shop and i had no idea this would happen. My username is RadaOG_, and i'll try asking staff in game to help. If you dont believe me, ask chips, dragoon, and Nick. *Insert random conclusion here*
Of course we couldn't give you your money back unless you provided proof. Just like last reset the hoppers have been a bit pricey, so no reason for them to change. "Just craft em" Iron and wood sells in shop too!
Yea but i didnt want to take the time to buy the iron and wood if i could just get them right away with the shop
Buying the hoppers without checking the price was your mistake, and we need proof to refund, so unless you provide us proof, your bank account will stay the same.
This is your mistake for not checking the price, no your money won't be refunded without proof, but we may look into making the price a bit lower. If you have proof please msg me it on the forums but until then this thread is closed -Thread Closed -Jury
