Why Isnt Chuck Unbanned?

Chuck isnt unbanned because Tom doesnt listen to the players, not even his Admin.. Jury said that he should get another chance, but Tom totally ignored that, and went ahead and said no. So here it is: the real reason i resigned, is because whenever i said something to Tom, he would just ignore it 100% and do it anyways, whats the point of having admins and co-owners if you dont listen to them? Hell, its even clear favoritism on the server. Tom asked me and the other head-staff if Fabian should get mod, and everyone agreed but me, so when i said that it goes against our code "treat everyone the same" everyone agreed with me, everyonebut Tom, i quote: "they never was a rule about that really someone, fab is just an awesome person I mainly just do that "treat everyone the same" with the players" so what? Its ok to have favorites now? Its basically the same with the helper Syndicateepic1, me and Phil demoted him because he was inactive in chat, and then Tom just re-added to the staff team! And he still isnt active!!!! (No offense to fabian nor Syndicate) And now Chuck is banned for saying his opinions on the forums. Well, this is it. i quit beast. (ill probably return or something)

One is from Beast and one is from the other server, i dont think you're allowed to say you took "inspiration" you seriously copyed them 100% from every block until every letter! I even said it was a bad idea when you asked me to copy them. But its ok, im done anyways.

 

ok can i say something here? yes this is between you and tom bro but as tom said syndicate did help a lot with some help like getting people banned for hacks, finding glitches, helping people in whisper if they asked for help yes he may not have spoken in chat but he still helped in whisper, i agree staff should speak in chat but when theres 4/5 staff on he doesnt see the point in all 4/5 spamming a rule like dont spam because that causes spam in itself therefore i do see why syndicate wasnt too active in chat but he was when he was needed so i agree with tom however i do agree with you to. now when it comes to fabean yes he should have started as helper and progressed again like the others i agree with you bro however i do see why tom offered him mod straight away as he was a fantastic mod but he still should have been give the same treatment as the others (in my opinion) yes tom has favourites we all do so what? at the end of they say toms allowed them and yes maybe fabean is one of toms favourites but is doing it from judgement on the past to why he gave him mod or it maybe be just plain favouritism but at the end of they day does it matter if fabean does his job? and it was a one time thing? plus bro i know tom doesnt ignore you it may feel like it because it felt the same with me but some of my ideas tom has now done like the shop i suggested it to him and he said he would think about it but theres other times when i suggested things and he didnt reply about them but i understood he was busy or he would think about it like he always does dont assume hes ignoring you because hes most likely not and with regards to chuck ... well he got banned was it a joke about hacking? who knows all we know is hes hacked before and has caused a lot of trouble for staff with his language in chat and how he behaves and i believe thats why he should stay banned but not permanently (yet again my opinion) he know chuck jokes and we know he has learnt from his past of hacking so i doubt he was actually hacking just his attitude to others and to staff wasnt good even when i was staff but i grew to ignore what he said to me but still do my role as staff. Also bro tom may have copied another server but does it matter? its only to show redstone components and traps off its not like he has copied it block for block and copied a whole server its only a piece of it yes maybe tom should have come up with his own design but making, running, resetting and maintaining a server is very hard and can be very stressful and toms done an amazing job to get it to where it is now so i think he deserves a break and i think you two should stop fighting and either make up or move along with your differences however Bro ... i know tom liked you a lot he may not admit it but he did i could tell its up to you whether you want to sort this out like men or continue to fight your differences all im saying is it would be better for you two to sort it out and get this server running because tom cant do it by himself with you jury and phil leaving so he needs you and tom maybe just listen to bro a bit and think a bit about his ideas/comments before deciding (not saying you dont)
