I made an earlier post about the banning system and all I want is to help make Beast factions a better server so I'm making another post please read. I am not saying that every ban for hacking is incorrect on here...but I will say multiple times you guys have gotten it wrong. It's tough to blame you guys because some videos do indeed look like hacks, but a lot of the times lag and ping are the only reasons someone looks like they are hacking. You may be wondering what the solution for solving this problem is and here is my opinion: First off the benefit of the doubt should be given to the player accused, if you're thinking this "COULD" be hacks but are not completely sure then they should not be banned. There needs to be 100% confirmation that they are hacking because if you're "pretty sure" that its hacks that is not good enough. Second I believe that in recordings of evidence the person recording should be required to show their frames per second. There is always debate over if someones lagging or not and to solve that they should be required in their videos to display their frames per second. I would add they should also show their ping which you can see by holding tab in game. Honestly with all the banning going on it does worry you that someone will be recording your fight with laggy evidence and you will be banned. The other day I wasn't even swinging at coleman simply using a bow because I was afraid that he would be recording and get evidence that wasn't true. Id like to also add that someones ban should be between them and the staff. Player appeals from others should be allowed but negative comments against them from players not part of staff should not be allowed simply for the reason that many players comment on forum posts wanting that person banned simply because of in game rivalries. My final comment would be that evidence of "hacks" in 1v1 scenarios are usually false. Id say a very good way to tell the difference between hacks and good pvp is with kill aura they will be getting knocked back extremely far, with most evidence I see on here they arent even being knocked back far they are just not that good at pvp and lag a lot. Ive fought many good pvpers with really good range that seem like hacks but Ive only really encountered like 2 hackers on Beast factions in pvp. Thats all I have to say. The banning system needs to be reviewed on here and you guys should have set guidelines that distinctly define what is and what is not hacking. Sidenote: The people on here that have spent lots of money and have been playing for long periods of time usually do not hack (Though they are the ones that are banned the most) Thank you, I hope you strongly take what I have stated into consideration.
Thank you! I really think this is a good post and reminder! And I will try MY best to make sure any person I ban for "Hacking" is definitely hacking.
Ry u were banned for hacking because the evidence did not lag much and the way you locked onto void was like you was using aimbot. Please stop raging about it on forums and teamspeak, that's my advice to you, if you don't follow this advice, ur probs gunna get banned from the whole bf network which will cause problems with u joining other servers.
Ik how you feel I got banned for hacks too even tho I wasn't but it doesn't make sense that they banned you like 3 times for it....
