Everyone Gets Unbanned?

So, i just read a ban appeal made by a hacking guy, who firmly admited that he was hacking (Yet Coleman said he didnt have proof, a bit funny) but the person who had the proof was no other than StandsNoStrike, so, im wondering, if anyone i have banned makes a ban appeal, will that person be unbanned at once then? Sorry, it just confused me. Because im not planning on looking through my files to find some proof.

But yeah I'm pretty sure if you don't provide proof of someone that you banned, they will probably be unbanned.

He is welcome to make an appeal though and I'm sure we could go through it again.
