People's behavior on this server is getting worse, and what they view is acceptable or not, and I am here to clear a few of these things up (sorry if it ends up being too long)
1. Racism
No form of racial slurs or stereotypical remarks are allowed what so ever. To those people who say "it isn't racist because I'm black", to that i say yes it is/ Any racial slur is still racist no matter of your race, the reason some words are used by certain colors which could be deemed as a racist comment, is because they are trying to reclaim this derogatory language. For example, The people so say I'm allowed to use the 'N' word because I'm black, No you are not as we don;t know your skin tone and it is still a racist remark
2. Previous staff members
To all the players who were once staff members I am ashamed to see that you find it acceptable to now behave in a way that is disruptive and disrespectful in a way that makes our job harder. As you know what it is like being staff you know how difficult it is to deal with this behavior. Some have said they are acting like thins because they didn't like being staff because they had to deal with people like this, yet you are the ones making it harder for us and causing the problem you are complaining about. You say 'well I'm not staff anymore' but that shouldn't matter. You did not act like this before hand. We didn't accept you because you were going to be a good person only when you are staff, we accepted you because we believed you were a good person in general and you have proven us wrong. We expected better from you as you know more than most how difficult this job can be
3. English
We are not trying to be racist when we ask for only English in public chat we have reason behind it. We can not be sure that you aren't advertising or being disrespectful in a different language, also if you are in need of our help we cannot help you if we cant understand you. we still allow you to talk in your own language in /msg or faction chat but we would appreciate it if you kept public chat to English only, not to be mean but to help you and the rest of the server
4. Staff activity
Please stop complaining that staff aren't active enough. Their lives do not revolve around whether or not you can make a faction. We will sort your problems out as soon as we can. There are an awful lot of people on this server and only a select few are staff members. As yourself this, is raging in chat going to make my problem go away any quicker than if i message a staff member privately? The answer is no, in actual fact it will be sorted slower as we will deal with the polite people who aren't causing trouble first, and no one will be able to help you if you are muted for insulting the staff members. It is not up to you to tell us how to do our jobs, if there is a problem with a staff members performance then the senior members of staff will see to it, without your input, if you have a general problem with the performance of one or more staff members message a senior staff member personally rather than coming on guns blazing shouting about it in public chat
