Hello! I just recently joined beastfactions yesterday, and I'm loving it so far! I decided to purchase the Legend Rank for $16. I soon received a call from my bank to approve the charge, which I did. I did not receive an e-mail confirmation. I have not received my rank. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
The only way to fix this problem is to have the transaction id. If you do not then you have no proof. I'll leave the thread open in case anyone has any advice for you. Good luck with your predicament though.
