My friend Slapo789 bought a rank on the server store a few months ago, and he has submitted proof of purchase via the forums and it was being delt with until someone banned him off of the forums when he just wanted to be given his rank he has paid for. He has proof of purchase receipts via paypal if needed.Thanks
Yes, would be good if he had them, last time it looked fake. Also this has never happened before so it seems very strange that it has happened to your friend.

I am GladiatorAnthony, I am only a pirate rank though, it wouldn't make sense to have spent that much money and only have pirate rank, he also bought a rank for himself not only me.
Okay my friend is still a bit confused cause it adds up to 10 usd for pirate and 15 usd for an unban, i really appreciate your help so far as I am just the middle man.
