Oh shit i'm fucking speechless. I know this post is pretty delayed wow, Phil is starting to become SUPER dumb about what goes on the server. So as a lot of people know, I was banned secondly for "no longer welcome." Yet, half the server breaks down after that. What the fuck do you mean by no longer welcome. I don't think that its gotten through Phil's fucking head that his opinion isn't the only one that counts. I've quit BeastFactions for a server just like it, except for a better owner which isn't very rare to find. This is a rant post, not an apology post because I don't give a shit about being unbanned. Phil has always hated me from the start, which is why he banned me obviously because I hurt his feelings (yeah right.) But it is kind of rediculous that I buy an unban, and then he bans me one day later. Then, Ally (FlowerLuved) sends me a screenshot of saying "He donated to Tom, not me. The buycraft is still messed up." I find it oddly sad that even though Phil, a fucking 32 year old, spends more time on a kids game, ruling over others, trying to punish us like a parent, than fucking sleeping. Whats even MORE sad, is that he has to lie about the actual reason of a punishment. But honestly I've spent too much time with fucking Phil, and hes gotten on my nerves. He didn't even warn me before he banned me. I've made friends on there better than his relationship with himself, which is pretty close. Now everyone (Probably the stupid fucking staff team) is probably thinking, why the hell did I make this post. Many of you probably think it was to piss off the staff, which I usually do. Wrong. I made this post to get it through Phil's head that he has become more of a fucking dictator than a staff. A lot of players have agreed with me on this, which will remain nameless because they will get punished by the "great and almighty." I've been toxic to players, which is why its better I stay banned, I agree. But what Beast needs to get rid of are lousy and careless staff members such as UnclePhil and Minion who prefer staying AFK at spawn and punishing people, not actually helping people. Not once have I seen an Admin or up help another player in need. It is always the responsible helpers like SmithKittyKat, TheTurtleAndrew, ConnesieurCress, and even OmgItzMiner. I've had my experience on Beast, and I hope the admins/owner won't screw up anyone elses. You know who this is by. - Vamperion
Lmao the age on Phil's forum account is a joke, some1 told me ages ago. And Phil ain't a dictator, he just wants the server to be decent rather than it being too toxic and ppl not wanting to come back. So shove ur rant up ur tiny 9 year old ass, OK?
You don't seem very speechless to me, just full of hate and bile as ever! You neglected to mention that I REFUNDED your unban token and you have also lied about me not warning you. I told you twice that this would happen, that if you didn't improve your attitude towards the staff and other players I would refund your unban and you'd not be welcome here. You had two chances to change the way you were behaving - both of these were after you bought the unban, IE a very short space of time, so it wasn't even like you had time to forget. You are uncapable of having a rational conversation with someone. You have been salty towards me ever since Tom sold the server to me. You are salty because he didn't choose to sell it to you. It's as simple as that. It makes no difference to me if you play here or not, If you're banned or not banned. I'd rather you were a positive part of the community, but you're not.. so it's very much a better place without you IMO. I'll make a couple of points since you seem to think they're important: - My age has fuck all to do with you, or anyone else, just like yours has nothing to do with me. - I sleep for 7 hours every day, thanks for your concern. - Don't confuse my opinion with being decisive when it comes to taking action. As I stated, I would rather you were a positive part of the community (to help you, this is my opinion), but you're not, so here we are. The staff team as a whole had discussed your behaviour and they were all fed up of you - so I supported them by removing you from the server. - Regarding the "He donated to Tom, not me" you don't have the context in which it was said. It was suggested to me that I should refund all your donations, or you could chargeback, which I stated that you did not donate to me, so you'd only be hurting Tom.
It wasn't just Phil who decided to ban you, you have a negative attitude that just annoys and upsets everyone not just staff the way you speak to people is awful. At the end of the day it is a game but still how I see it is speak how you would like to be spoken to or how you would like to be treated. I don't just sit AFK at spawn and staff team my faction and a lot of people can back that up... even you know I'm at ffa just hitting you in no armour so that's false that I just sit there. Secondly I help a lot of people and also punish those who break the rules just because you may not be on to see me helping doesn't mean I don't help. I tend not to speak to much when your on as I really cant be bothered with arguing with you in public and cant be bothered having you rant how "bad" I am as a staff member so that's maybe why you may think I don't help but you also cant see /msg which I tend to do so people can speak in private about their problems as not everyone needs to know. either way I support the decision for you to be banned as the server was too toxic with you around and it is in a better place without the toxicity. Also it is Phil's server so if Phil wants to run it like a dictatorship then its his choice, also Phil is a Good owner and well if Phil wasn't the Owner the server wouldn't be where it is and the rules would be a lot stricter and like the staff team was your parents which is no longer the case.
I'll tell you a little story, well more like a fact. You were banned for hacking, which is a serious felony, however the staff did not hold any grudges towards you. Instead we were being very kind and supportive about your ban appeal and about you coming to the server. The day you chose to buy an unban we were actually about to unban you, because we thought you had in some way, shape or form changed your behaviour. In our replies to your ban appeal we clearly stated, multiple times, that if you could return to the server there would be a dramatic change needed in the way you behaved before you were banned. Just because you bought the unban, instead of being granted a second chance, you still had to change your behaviour, it's not because you bought it that you could go back to your old toxic self. Phil in person was not the one to be holding grudges against you, it's clearly the other way around. He definitely warned you by saying that if you did not become a more supportive person you'd no longer be welcome here at the place you seemed to look at as a second home. As I stated in your ban appeal, other people made you feel like home here at Beastfactions, though you thanked them by doing quite the opposite. You made other people feel like they were not welcome at all, which in terms makes us believe that you are the one that is not welcome. I am sorry if you think that the other staff members are puppets and Phil a dictator, but I am two hundred percent sure that I can say, on behalf of every staff member, that we are all different people, with all different mindsets, doing our very best to all work together to keep this place free from people that make others feel as if they are not welcome. Hey Vamp, I just want you to understand that staff are here to serve you and for your well-being. We are not here to hurt you. "Careless staff members such as Uncle Phil and Minion" Phil cared about Beast so much that he bought the server to save it from being closed. Minion is anything but careless. Minion spends his time on the server for hours and hours on end to help solve problems and to help players. And about never seeing an Admin+ help a player, look. Admin+ are responding to threads and solving issues, here on the forums since you're banned. Yes, I agree that the helpers are great. You've had your experience on Beast, and you hope the Admins/owner won't screw up anyone else's. In fact, you were the one to screw up countless people's experiences. And if the only purpose of the thread/post was to get it through Phil's head that he's a dictator, then why do you bring other staff in like Minion? And you don't exactly clarify why you believe Phil is a 'fucking dictator' and not staff.. If you really want to get it through Phil's head that he is a 'fucking dictator', I would suggest you provide an argument and proof of so. I don't think the reason of this post is to convey a message to Phil. Because I see no message meant to be delivered except for pure rage. Phil has not hated you from the start, because if he did; you would not have gotten unbanned before you got re-banned.
