I was looking back to one of the earliest appeals for a ban. I saw that someone said that the unbans were only 15$ but not it is 40$. DO YOU GUYS SEE THE DIFFERENCE? I'm not trying to get an unban but still why did the prices go so high?
Because when you're banned you actually shouldn't be able to play anymore, the unban token is just a way for every player to have a second chance at coming back to our community. The price is this high because it's not meant to be something as 'simply' buying a do-over. At a low price people might be thinking: "Oh, I could buy this it's only ..$" However, because the price is quite high you're not going to take it as lightly, you'll think more about it before buying it and you are most likely not going to make the same mistake again. Of course there are always exceptions.
In this scenario, the more appropiate question would be: Why can players even buy an unban, why not make them apply?
