We believe its a bug ,I have been trying so hard to try and fix but Don't worry I am not giving in ill carry on trying to fix it just can take sometime because these lots of factors which can be involved but hopefully ill get it fixed by Sunday.
One way to fix this glitch is to make sure your on 1.7.10 because the server will not let you use anvils on 1.8 as of now
