Ok, what probably happened is your faction is open right now, which means that anyone is free to join it. To close your faction type /f open no. However if your faction was already closed, then someone else must have invited him.
Chest protection is off on our server. Therefore anyone who finds your base can open your chests without having to blow it up, even if it's claimed.
