Commands not working?

I have recently noticed that These 3 commands aren't working

~/f perm
~/f flag
~/f access

There may be more but they all I have noticed Atm

 

This server doesn't have those commands. we don't use that version of factions.

 

We can't give access to anyone who isn't in the faction and only faction members can break faction land.

 

We don't allow those commands do to possible lag and or the plugin version for factions.
