Banned for chargeback and need questions about charge back

Ok so i recently got banned for chargeback and i don't know y i got banned i don't see anything about being chargeback and i took a couple screen shots but I'm not good with cpu but i did here about the incident with adrien
and I'm really not sure how to cancel this or fix this and i was wondering like how to cancel the charge back pls help
and if i cancel the chargeback will i get my stuff still? like i bought kit pvper charge back apparently if i cancel the chargeback will i be unbanned and get my kit and trails? pls respond this is my favorite server please get back to me any admins

Is this paypal card, credit/debit, or other? Just to help a little bit since no staff haven't reply yet. If it is credit,debit card then you can see if it went in. If it is paypal or paypal card then you can try to see if something wrong in your account. Did you have enough money? What did you use to pay for it? if you used your parents card then they might use chargeback. If you use your card (if you are old enough) then see what is wrong.

 

im not old enough my mom said she didn't charge back and it clearly says the order was completed my mom has money in the account i just wanna get unbanned but no admins or moderators will help me cancel the f** chargeback i just really want to be unbanned...
i have no clue hor to cancel this and i don't even see it ceding charge backed

A lot of players has been report something is wrong with the store from what I see. You are not the only one. I wonder if any staff is online

 

You should be unbanned since you have proof. Something might be wrong with store webpage. I hope the staff is online to help you asap.

 

im sick of this if i have to sit here for 5 days b4 i can get unbanned its annoying

 

i didn't charge back nor my mom but even if she did ill still pay 40$ like thats not much for me... its just annoying no one can get to me

she said it was a bank account not a card so it could be credit or debit...

 

this happened to me no money even went back to the card and i never even chargebacked and i see no chargeback on my paypal

 

yeah she got no money back... it just took money tom please fix this
