http://i.imgur.com/1bNLtFg.png (Vote link 3) this has happened multiple times where you would vote but it wouldn't do anything, it just says i can't vote. and after this happens if i attempt to vote it resets the vote timer and i can't vote again. i believe the vote link should be changed.
