The other day I decided I wanted to upgrade 3 ranks so I went to buy them and paypal said nationwide my card company had declined my card, so I called them up and they said they had nothing as the payment never reached them, So then I called paypal and found something rather interesting.... The rank upgrades are being classed as adult content in paypal's security system and I had to add exact funds to my account to purchase the upgrades, this was due to the fact that some debit or credit cards aren't allowed to purchase "Adult content" so if you have a similar issue just add the funds to your paypal account. Also might want to look into how you can change the type of transaction from adult to something else as it took me 3 days to fix this issue. Peace Tom Elliott (xX_Rapid_Killz)
