Ah yes, creating one of these long ass posts again. Lets get into it.

    Backstory :

BeastFaction's staff system was terrible. Staff were able to use their powers to assist them in gameplay. I can give you an example of one person. His name was Exotic_Painz. He would use his head moderator rank as a cloak, so he could watch players. I am 100% positive he abused. No one would watch him you see. He was the one to watch players.

I was a helper before. No one listened, no one cared. You were basically a fucking chat slave, and just waited for weeks for that promotion. I figured being staff was overrated, and I never got high up because I would always leave.

There is always so much hate to staff members. You think its the player, but I know the problem.

    MY THEORY

It is so simple. You do not have to change the ranks of the system at all. JK

Deny all staff members to be involved in gameplay. Helpers will not play Factions. Staff members will FOCUS on their job. They will not make CONFLICT with players because they are not playing factions. And that means no fighting, no players flaming staff members. Because half the time their staff position will interfere with their gameplay, and it is not even their fault.

Usually the hate they get, is factions related. And the player thinks that the staff member is picking on you.

MY SUGGESTION ON PERKS/ROLE FOR STAFF MEMBER

Helper - Helps Players in Chat and the Forums.

Moderator - Access to /v and /tpo. Will watch players and make sure they are not rule breaking.

Head (Senior) Moderator - Access to /v and /tpo. Will watch players and make sure they are not rule breaking.
They are more experienced and have more authority over decisions.

Manager - Moderates staff members. Head of staff recruiting and application processes.

Admins - Responsible for server related things. Events, server changes.

Owner - Deals with server related things. But hes the owner so who cares what he does.

I feel that this is very organized. Staff can focus on one thing, Admins don't have to watch players all the time.

The manager is a special member that high staff choose. He makes sure staff are not abusing, and is responsible for all staff recruiting. Whatever you guys decide how its going to be.

Some good points in there which I have touched on in the past.

There is one main thing within all of this that I agree with (not that I don't agree with the rest of it!) and that's the person has to actually want to help the server. If they do, you'll probably see them carrying out 70% of a helpers job in chat before they've even become staff.

You don't get my point, why can head mods watch players and still be able to play.

This gives them an advantage, and it is not even their fault. The fact that they know base locations, what people are doing, how they make money, etc,

At the moment there are no staff members that play.
    But I totally agree.
