   I believe that there should be staff (that are only staff on the forums) to lock threads, pin threads, etc. It would be very good and a way to relax the server staff.

   Not really sure this would work - what about when server staff have to lock and pin threads?
   
   It just doubles the amount of admin I have to do on here meaning I have less time to look at other things.
