Nichqlas, as Denty said we have been debating your ban and you will be unbanned when we feel the time is right. When will that time be? I don't think we fully know yet. But the time will come and we will let you know. Just sit back, pick up another hobby, and Beast will always be here for you when we feel the time is right to give you another chance.
Nick, it was an not right now, I can see how much you want to come back on the server but just because you want it more doesn't mean you can get unbanned any sooner than people who were banned for the same reason. You made a mistake, own up to that take the consequences and come back a better person. If you go that, face the punishment for your actions as far as I'm concerned you will gain a hell of a lot more respect. You know you did wrong, this is what comes next, after this part is over it's up to you to give a better attitude but we need to pass this part first
Will address this directly since it seems that a previous member of staff has chosen to share things with you which we wouldn't normally. If I recall correctly, the poll was created by a moderator, so technically not something the head staff had lead, but the result is clear. Sorry you had to see it but that wasn't my choice or desire for you to. Regarding your actual ban, the whole reason we're here, is because we've been here before. We gave you one last chance then, and it didn't seem to take you long to disregard it and return to exactly how you were before. The point I've been trying to make to you, is that you need to show patience and accept that you will be unbanned when you we think the time is right, not when you want it to happen (by making a ban appeal).
In my opinion (this doesn't correspond with the staff in anyway, nor do I want to change their views), Nick shouldn't even be unbanned. He has done it too many times in the past and he will most likely do it more. His appeals are weak and desperate, and he has created tonnes of them. I think he will just come back on and storm the server again like he has every single other time. You guys KNOW he will not keep his promise about "changing", so why unban him?
"Every single other time" You really hate me, don't blame you for it. But this has been 5 months for the 2 and a half years on the server. You have literally been targeting me every appeal, every action. Don't set AND stone a picture for a person. I'm going to use Coleman as an example. People told me he left due to the criticism and people saying he wasn't "mature". His reputation is fucking amazing.... he was a great staff member and has done so much for the server. But you'll judge the person by their current behavior and not what they can be. TLDR : I haven't been an asshole for 3 years so don't over exaggerate it...
Slightly unfair. You may not agree with my standpoint, but I'm willing to consider Nick for another chance because he's been around for so long and I know how well intentioned he can be, and how he actually cares for the server. If someone had posted what you just did to one of your ban appeals, I may have agreed with them because I didn't know you as well at the time. I think it's fair to say you'd find their post irritating and unfair?
