I have been playing on this server for like 2 months and I wanted to buy some merchandise now that I saw that I could trust this server. I can trust it, everyone is great in it. no, im not just saying tis because I want to get unbanned but because it is true. I actually bought a rank in factions, it was pirate rank, and I read the rules and had my game open, on the server when I bought the rank also. I was complaining after 20 minutes I didn't receive it so I thought I would wait for the next morning. when I logged on the next morning it said I was banned for chargeback. I emailed PWNERSHIP GAMING, which is the people I payed using paypal to buy the rank, and the person I talked with wasn't very fluent with his words but he said he would unban me... didn't happen, I know only the admins on the server can, or the owner. please I want back on the server, at this point I don't even care about the rank anymore, I just want to play on the server.
We asked you to close the charge back then we can unban you if you don't close the charge back we can't unban you sorry if you got confused before.
Once you make a charge back the server automaticly bans you and sorry that you didn't get the rewards the other day our system was down so it since no rewards when people donated.
I already made and completed the payment and I don't know how to take it back, even the server website said the ban was permanent
If you're talking about in minecraft then there is no box under where it says banned for chargeback. But if it's online on the website I dont k ow how to get to it. I don't know how I can unban myself anyways, I thought the owner could
Ill just refund you then you will be able to donate for it again I believe this way will be the easiest way to solve this issue.
