I was banned on my oaktree53 account and I changed my name then bought an unban pass for The_Oaktree which is my new name and I waited but did not get unbanned I may have been scammed please respond staff or Tom the owner and was it a scam or a mistake?
it has been almost 24 hours and I am getting impatient so if staff are reading this please respond because I don't want to be scammed or others to be scammed like me I will get it fixed
I don't know if staff knows that I am ip banned I think from the server u may have unbaned my account but I am still banned please fix this I am starting to get upset
According to our server and website your not banned anymore http://bans.beastfactions.net/index.php?action=viewplayer&player=oaktree53&server=0 Maybe your ip is banned if so please give us your ip via private message and we will unban your ip and Please show us proof that your banned since on our side it seems that your unbanned.
Tom I am limited on time and I was wondering if you could Skype me now so I can get unbanned and not have to do this later I realize you may be busy but please take the time I see that you are on your server and I am still banned. Thanks
