I have been playing on beast factions for around 10 months to a year on and off.​

What would you do to make Beastfactions a better Server and how?:

I would make the server a better place by making the server community a much better and safer place. Anything that is prohibited or against the server rules I would put an immediate stop to. I have been playing the server for a while now and know all the rules so I can put a complete stop to everything going wrong in the community.​

Give a good 200 word or more paragraph explaining why YOU deserve to be hired, not someone else.:

I should be hired over someone else because I have so much to offer as a member of staff. First of all, I have been playing for a while so I know the rules like the back of my hand. Anyone breaking them, I can make a consequence like a flash of lightning without having to check the rules. Another reason is that I get a lot of respect from other players. Therefore if people were breaking any rule and I warned them and had a quick chat with them it would make them not want to do it again. Another great reason why I should be helper is how I take situations. On the server I am usually a very calm person which people take note of. So if anything against the rules was happening I can take a calm approach to it and defuse the situation a lot smoother which people tend to respect more. I have previously been staff which was in 10.0 and I was a decent staff member who took the server very seriously. I was demoted for opening my own server which is no longer active (I do not condone making another one or becoming staff on any other server except beast). This makes me right for the job as I have experience and I can come straight into the job and know what to do.​
