You guys agree that mobs are too easy to fight off even in hordes. so how about this as a plugin: -Mobs get armor, even spiders and creeper if that's possible there's leather and chain so let's ignore those chances but a 60% chance a mob is wearing Enchanted Chain, Leather or gold 50% chance they're wearing iron 40% chance the iron armor is enchanted 30% chance they're wearing diamond 20% chance the diamond is enchanted (Same for weapons like swords, bows and even axes. like undead pvpers. ai?) Along with creepers having a 5-10% chance of spawning super charged. you know that random creeper that spawned in a dark spot in your base? Well he's activated his inner Ki and is gonna blow your ass up twice as hard. along with him wearing armor if you're not careful say goodbye to your base. would make factions harder and require more evaluation against protection, or even better. using mobs to benefit them. having their base surrounded by mobs that can't despawn protecting your base. along with mobs having a 100% chance to pick up your gear if they're not already wearing gear and 100% chance to gain back that gear if the mob is killed.
Had another idea just now, as well as stronger mobs. how about all nether mobs spawn around nether portals. 10% chance of a blaze every hour, 10% chance of a magma slime, 2% chance of a ghast, 15% chance of a wither skeleton. 20% chance of a zombie pigman. ect. just a thought, not sure how it would work.
Would the armor only be spawned on naturally spawned mobs? Because if it spawns on spawner mobs then people won't be able to AFK them.
But maybe some mobs have a 1% chance of dropping a random mineral. like how zombies from carrots, potatos and iron.
