What would you do to make Beastfactions a better Server and how?:

I would make sure that the community will always stay a healthy and growing server, and that there would never be any pressurizing disregard or disrespect. I would make sure that every player knows that they are special to the staff and the rest of the server, and get treated responsibly.​

I enjoy working with people, in a group, or on my own. I am easy to get along with and I am a returning player. I know everything there is to know about minecraft and I am very mature for my age. I am a loyal player, I follow the rules, and I like to help other people. I can help other players that may be new, and I am quick to punish rule breakers. I know how to manage most common plugins and some plugins that make servers unique. I believe I have the experience needed. I know how to do anything required of me. I have been staff on many servers, I have been Admin, Mod, Helper, Co-Owner, and Builder. I am an excellent builder, I know how to execute commands, I know how to work plugins and pretty much anything required of me. I never abuse my privileges as staff because I know that they can be taken away just as easily as they can be given. I respect fellow staff members and do my best to help any player. I don't spawn items for other players and I make sure that other staff members don't abuse their powers either. I can also record so I am able to post evidence of hacking. I have also worked with the custom terrain plugin that is currently being used on the server, and I am familiar with debugging that specific plugin. I work better with player management and moderation, and my knowledge of plugins, custom plugins, and coding does need a bit of work, however I have ample amounts of experience monitoring players, bug testing, and helping guide new players. I believe my experience puts me above the other applicants, and I hope I can help make this server a better place.
I would say my expertise lies more in player management and interaction. Other players besides me might be a better pick for a position such as Developer, as there is so much that I don't know about coding and plugin management through console, but I do have years of experience resolving issues, bug testing, catching hackers, diffusing arguments, and guiding new players. I have gained enough experience working with other staff members that I feel comfortable applying for an administrative position because I feel like I can manage staff members as well as players. I feel like any administrative position is the perfect position for managing players and staff because you get low level commands like mute and kick, but you also get commands like tempban and vanish, and maybe gamemode three for recording evidence against hackers.​
