It's a mod that technically gives you an unfair advantage against other player so I guess not. Edit: I am not for sure, but if that's world download than no it isn't allowed.
Its not a cheat.... its never been. It just this server out of every gigantic factions server does not allow world download. Saico, Cosmic, and The Archon all allow it. But that is a different argument.
Beast doesn't allow it, so on Beast it's a cheat. Some servers allow you to use any hack, but Beast doesn't so it's considered cheating here.
We have never allowed world download and this is practically the same thing, prety much xray so no this is not allowed
