I dont have paypal card and want to get a rank upgrade. It says that you can redeem a coupon in the store. Does this mean like for example; i can go to wallgreens or any store but a paypal card for i say 25 dollars and use it. Will it work to get myself a rank?
No those are coupon codes that are server issued. For example if you win an event and Phil gives you a $30 voucher, you would redeem it there.
If you do buy a PayPal card, go into your PayPal account and credit it there, then you can just pay normally through paypal but log into your account and use that credit.
