Reset Suggestions.

    The reset is stale. Its a bunch of improvements (I'm Not saying they are bad).

    No new features if you know what I mean. Therefore, I highly recommend, the next reset to be 4 months.
    Don't give me a lecture on how hard it is going to be, because I know how hard it is.

    An HCF server resets every 4 weeks-month, and it has to add new features, kits, keys, new spawn.

    Its kind of stale, good improvements.

    But phil, I'm going to guess you did all of that with maybe a little bit of help from other staff. It took you 3-5 months, I think you need to hire some developers. Being serious, I think there needs to be at least one developer.

    Another thing that I want to point out. The servers average player count is 20. There are 14 staff members. 14.....

    I'm going to use minehq as an example. They have 12 developers. No other staff group has that many people. They have around 30-40 staff members, with a average serverplayer count of maybe 500. Thats a ratio of 15 members per staff member.

    You don't need 6 staff memebers on watching chat, you don't. And once you do it for a long time, you get bored.

    (sorry if it sounds like a rant)

    Use the money, hire some devs.

    As for the reset, please remove blaze spawners in nether.

    Balance out the economy. Spawners make way too much money. Too much. I see you have increased farming prices(which should be mainly s cane), but have you nerfed spawners?

    Potions, I like removing from shop. Please also to make the experience more HARDCORE. PLEASE DO THIS. Remove kit potion, remove potion materials in shop. Please... this will make people farm for potion materials. Something that never happens....(ace i got u with the autobrewers fam)

    And strength potions... they seriously are overpowered. If there is a last minute option, I suggest removing it.

    To be honest, I'm glad that farming is being made more worth while, but I think spawners are fair right now, it will take a while for spawners to get in circulation this reset.

    Now they aren't, if it weren't for them, those people on baltop wouldnt have something insane like 15 mil

    Trouble is Nick, Dev's don't tend to work for less than a couple of hundred of dollars for one thing (IE building a spawn, etc) and I'm guessing if I did that you'd complain that I'd not be able to advertise, etc.

    With regards to strength 2, I believe the only person to really suggest it was Mees (I don't think I even remember you bringing it up before - it certainly wasn't on your list of required changes, which you might notice are all in this reset?)

    I voted yes, by the way.

    I'll take individual suggestions, but this isn't HCF, it never will be HCF and the maps will last as long as I think they should. Same goes for the amount of staff, nobody gets paid, so why not bring people into the team that wish to help? (and, where did this come from? nothings changed overnight, nor is there any announcement in the reset changes about changes to the number of staff, so you could have suggested it anytime, including 5 months ago when I was asking you for a list of suggestions!)

    In summary - let me run the server how I wish, people will either like it, or hate it, I appreciate the feedback, but you really do sound like an old woman these days ;)
