Dear Phil, Beastfactions community and all others this may concern. Today, after two years of loyalty to BHero factions, I was banned for DDoS threats. Sure its a seriously bad thing to do but am I really capable of this given my situation? No. My laptop is a piece of shit, can barely run games let alone a stresser. I made my threat as TheDanishJungler was being an absolute dickhead and he stated he had my IP after my threats so why isn't he banned too. Think about it though. 2 years of loyalty and you're willing to just throw me aside like I never existed? I said some pretty toxic shit but I am going through bad shit IRL ATM so things are rough on me IRL too. I do not appreciate it when people taunt, tease and just be an out and out dick to me when all I get is abuse IRL so mc is kind of my sanctuary. Adding onto this, I believe discrimination against those who have a disability should be mutable like racism is as its simply not OK to use a discriminatory word against disabled people to insult another. This is another reason why I flipped out so much earlier, people like Xirthi who is supposed to be a youtuber called me autistic when he knows full well I am not autistic and that I TAKE DEEP OFFENCE TO THIS AS MY BROTHER IS AUTISTIC!!! I am truly sorry for those who I hurt/threatened over my time on beast and I do hope Phil can see the light and resurrect me one more time. Clear my echest, PVS and take my bal away if that's what it takes, I honestly don't mind so long as I can be resurrected once more. Hope you have a nice day. Hey guys I know I don't really have a right to add anything as I haven't been on much but what about a week ban and then put him on probation, one strike and he's out. Also I completely agree with what he said about not using slurs about disabilitys that a player or a family member of a player could have
Just because you are sorry doesn't make people forget that you are very rude and threatened a fellow player so go buy an unban from the store. P.S If you or your brother release personal info, don't blame people who will use it against you
You ddos threatened. Period. Just because you have been here for 2 years - doesn't mean jackshit. I've been here for a lot more than 2 years, it doesn't mean they give you any extra privileges or anything. I think you need to learn not to take offence over a video game. You talk about others offending you , but it doesn't make you any better to respond with hatred, ddos threats, and etc. He was banned for ddos threats. His behavior is another issue - but in regards to the threats, he needs to be treated equally. Therefore this probation thing would not be exactly fair to those who have been banned before for this. TLDR: Hero, you need to calm down.
Because you have been here 2 years, it means you should definitely know the rules by now. If someone has played 5 minutes or if you play 2 years, rules are rules and everyone deserves the same punishment.
I unfortunately don't have £33 just to get an unban. Yes after 2 years I should know the rules better than most on the server. Taking offence is natural, its human nature to do so. My brother wouldn't leak personal info and Jungler did say he had my IP too so that's a threat too.
Focus on yourself on the appeal, if you feel someone else should be banned, put it on the ban reports.
You're going through shit IRL, I'm sorry for that. That doesn't excuse your behavior in-game. MC can be your sanctuary.. don't ruin other's sanctuary. I agree with the rule about illnesses.. Hero, don't take this out on the wrong people. We are here for you as a community, and as a family. And we care about everyone on the server. I know you're good at heart, but you deserve a consequence for your actions. To go to extreme measures for purposes of understanding, I will give a real life example. If you murder someone and get caught, you can't just say you're dealing with stuff and get no sentence for the crime you have committed. Apologies do nothing, damage's already done. I get that it can hurt when your sibling is suffering from a disability.. but hey, think for a moment. You had the chance to stop your anger. You didn't take it, so now deal with the consequence. Alright, my turn. Here is the thing hero... We have been playing together for a bit of time now. That is going to say a lot to be honest. The fact that you have been banned and unbanned in the past makes the punishment even worse. You know the rules, and yes I believe Danish and xirthi shouldn't have been doing all of that because honestly it just isn't fair to you to be punished. Ddos threats are unacceptable though. This is where the saying "Think before you act or think before you say" comes in to play. What Danish and xirthi did is not worthy of a punishment. What you did is. On the rule board is specifically says "No ddos/dox threats" Which is what you did.. Where on that board does it say "No harassing other players?" I hope you do get unpunished because you can actually be fun to play with. But next time think about what you post in chat! Hope to see you on the server -Nolan or Chocolate.
Heh, i probs won't be coming back anytime soon mate. They even disabled my ability to buy an unban. Also when I was banned and unbanned, that was before 9.0 so that cant come against me now. Compared to pre 9.0, my record is pretty clean. I also get my punishment is fair but its not like im a dangerous guy to the server. Evry1 knows im not that nasty, sometimes im just all talk.
Okay first off YouTuber is not staff. I was 1 of 3 people that called you that, don't even say you picked me out because of my rank as someone else called you a that who was Ex-Admin. also to add to the matter I said that 1 day before your ban and when you was saying all that before your ban I stayed out of it and I understand that you may have some in real life problems but you need to stop pandering to everyone on the server for attention and I never said called you autistic I said you have the humor of an autistic 6-year-old, so can you stop putting the blame of your ban on me.
