I suggest you take the time to do this too. 2. Every, I repeat, EVERY single punishment should be recorded, like done on my new server. The new server's format is IGN- Offense- Punishment- Proof- (EVERY single punishment needs proof that is transferred to Imgur or Gyazo.) My staff team has a skype conversation they do this in, but you can do it in the forums conversation you guys have. 3. I suggest you organize the teamspeak server WAY more, as in have different staff lounges, different channels, bring back the rap battles, and do other channels with different teams. We also have an interview room, and a rules-reviewing room. There's even a meeting room. 4. I suggest you have a rank called Trial-helper. All the trial-helpers on my staff team have a gmail account, and if they don't, they must create one. They're all shared a google doc in excel format where they put the same proof: IGN- Offense- Punishment- Proof- Once they're promoted, they can use the official forums punishment chat, because they're experienced, confident, and know what to do without referring to the staff guide. -Just a few opinions and suggestions, thanks for reading, if you've made it this far. -LeBadger_ (Former Moderator)
Just a question, did you just copy and paste your rules? I don't really think someone on a "better" server would take all this time to type out all these "suggestions" on the server that they left.
Many of these rules are very bad.. For example, people who disrespect a member of staff shouldn't be punished more than those who disrespect players. Also scamming is punishable? And asking for someone to buy them a rank? Nicks MUST start with the first three letters of IGN? Clearly there are a lot of holes here.
