Hello, everyone! I, Ravenouxa, come before you a humbled man in a great community.

I am only a farmer; a mere peasant, but a noble one; and I beseech thee here today. It is the responsibility of the proletariat, in this case, myself, to constantly look to improve his condition. To strive for better working conditions, better pay, better social status... a better life. History has shown this to be true, and the future shall hold the same.

With that in mind, I have come to assume my duty. My family is hungry, for I have not the means to feed them. My coffers are empty, for I have not the means to fill them. My bones are weak, for I have not the means to strengthen them. This all bears heavily on my conscious, and so I must ask for a price increase for sugar cane in the admin shop.

Sugar cane is my sole export, and my only means of producing that which I need to survive. My family - little Suzanne, especially - look to me every day to harvest the fields, and to bring home enough money to put food on the table. Lately, with the economy in shambles, and with sugar cane only $55 per half a stack, I have not been able to do so.

Why not just farm another crop, you ask? They are of the same profitability or lower. Why not just eat your family for sustenance? I have thought of that, and it has cost Suzanne a foot already, but I must admit she tastes rather salty and I'd rather abstain. Why not just produce an edible crop? I choose to ignore that question.

A raise in price to $150 per half a stack seems most preferable, though $100 would provide me with the means to support my family. Thank you for your consideration.

    - Ravenouxa

Tl;dr - raise sugar cane prices or I'll eat my child
