    Hello everyone,

    So recently as some of you may know I was going to sell the server. I was thinking about that since there's a lot of problems with the bank and I really thought I needed a break from this it is very stressful when you see pretty much all of your old staff team leave. I felt like what is the point recruiting new staff which are just leaving to be honest I had no idea why some people left I never got a good reason why but some I did. But I am here now to become better since losing staff is not a good idea at all for me and you guys who play the server. I am very sorry I tried to sell the server of course you guys had lots of hope in me been the owner and I betrayed you.

    When I tried to sell the server I had too many negative thoughts, so I couldn't see this since you guys made this sever last this long some people have been here from the start some of you started today without any of you guys our server wouldn't be this successful. I Seriously do thank you all!. Even though some of you might be going againest be right now. So right now there's a number of problems about the server one of them is we need a stable staff team.

    So I need you guys and girls to help me on how can I be a better owner and how can we run the server in a more effective way and I will use all your feedback and hopefully make sure that we are on the right track on heading for a successful future.

    Tom I feel to make this server a better place either get custom enchants or make people that used to be staff try to get people that are more improved. I will be a good help if u put me for staff just saying

    Tom only thing I can says is you have lost many players that have donated money and helped out the server simply because you have banned them and their friends. Some deserved to be banned, some did not.

    I have a wonderful Idea for you Tommy. 1. Listen to your staff team and their ideas. 2. Listen to the players and try to talk to them in other places than just forums. 3. Don't just say "msg if you have any questions." 4. Try not to be in vanish 100% of the day, and when your not vanished try and talk to the people who msg you.

    Also dont reply to this saying, " O but it could take hours to reply to all the msgs." Well when you spend those hours replying it shows the players you care. I myself have never seen you really care about the players unless they break a major rule.

    Heh i feel really bad because i am techniqually old staff. I am sorry tom for leaving its just i needed some time to think and i really needed a break. I apologize for everything in the past.and i can truly call you a friend. I still treasure our memories from thr rap nights in the teamspeak that made us laugh, or from the dedication to the server and your boxing. I am truly greatful and happy.
