What would you do to make Beastfactions a better Server and how?:

I would make sure to continually offer my ideas and help to the server, making sure I personally welcome and get to know players and help them to be informed and feel welcomed to the server to give them a sense of self-actualisation. I will brainstorm to create new events and changes, specifically including the community to help them feel involved and a part of the server, so that their opinions matter and also to make their experience feel personal and increase player involvement.​

Due to the fact that i have played Beastfactions for almost 3 years, I know a lot of the staff members and players of the server personally and I am also enthusiastic to improve the server in any way possible, offering my assistance and creativity at any time i can. I find brainstorming new ideas to be fun and enjoy working in a community environment, and since i have been involved in many teams for projects, I am used to taking charge and also taking ideas from others. Furthermore, I also enjoy learning from other staff members, as although i am thoroughly experienced with the server due to my previous staff experience and time as a player, I will always be willing to learn from my peers to improve my skills in order to be a more efficient staff member. In addition, I have a rather extensive knowledge of factions due to playing Minecraft for over 5 years, and due to my multi-tasking ability, I will be able to answer questions, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously to the best of my ability. Finally, I love to get involved and so will participate a lot in group discussions in an effort to communicate with the rest of the staff team to help both staff and players become more involved, which will strengthen the community within the server, and consider all the opinions' of our players.​
