    how come every time I try to use my visa gift card with $50 on it I just got it and there still is money? It says card declined?

    does it say failed to authorize: authorization failed??

    I believe it works through Paypal. At least it did for me

    Card decline will probably mean that you don't have the right amount.

    Link your card with paypal. Then pay through there
