I litterally have no idea what happened? i purchased two rank upgrades one from hero to juggernaut and one from juggernaut to beast...... I get off for about 2 hours after using both my kits and just seeing that everything is there, and then i just tried to get back on and i banned for chargeback??? i purchased the ranks with a prepaid card so that might be the problem but then i go to the website that is says on my card to check my ballance and all the money is GONE! i have no idea why but i didn't do anything like a chargeback....... It may be my slow internet connection not proccessing something correctly but i don't really know. If i don't get unbanned then i don't know what i am going to do. I really really loved this server and was soooooooo hyped for the update but now i am banned i even was about to make a youtube series after the reset........ PLZ UNBAN ME I DID NOTHING WRONG and don't tell me to purchase an unban because i am not paying more money to this server just to get banned for it.
your card probably had a hold on it. You can either contact the owner and ask him if you can buy it again and be unbanned, or close the payment. This has happened to me. Don't worry, nothing is going to happen. It happened to me so your talking to a guy who who has experienced this, i think my ban appeal is still up XD. But you shouldn't worry and trust me, you will get unbanned eventually. To close the payment, go to your paypal. Thank you for listening
and thanks how long should i be banned for if they need proof i have recorded proof that i purchased those two rank upgrades
