Here are the list of biggest Issues I believe the server has: 1.) Lack of Identity: As Pulse says there is no Unique factor about the server that will cause players to join over other servers, and especially since the playerbase of MInecraft is decreasing, the server will need to stand out to gain more players over other servers. If not, players will just join other servers as there is no unique aspect of beastfactions that players will not get if they choose to play on another server. The only thing i can say about beast that is unique is the community, but that's a given for all servers.... 2.) Diminishing Community: I don't even play on the server, the only reason i come on is to talk to people, some who I just met and some who I've known for like 3 years, and since most veterans have either left or been banned, as well as a lot of regulars on the server now recently being banned off the server, it causes people like me who come to see people to be persuaded to leave too. For this problem there isn't really much of a solution, it's more of a domino effect problem caused by old players leaving but a lack of new players coming in. This has been happening all throughout beastfactions, as old players leave they were replaced by new players who people got to know, but since there are a lack of new players joining, the community is getting smaller and smaller, and it will cause more old players to leave as a result. 3.) Class Division: Some people can argue that the server is pay-to-win, although I think that donators are the only ones that are heard on the server, which will in turn cause donators to feel more welcomed in the community and normal players to feel ignored and then leave. As a result this will mean that an extremely large proportion of the playerbase will be donators rather than players, making it much harder for regular players to make an impact on the server, and the only way to penetrate the system will be to donate as well. Usually when I tab most of the players online are either donators or alts. I mean it's obvious that donators will have spent money on the server and will be more inclined to stay, and that's natural for every server. But i believe that the accessibility on the server could be improved for new players. 4.) No Variety: This one is pretty simple, there is not much closure on new things coming to the server. There is no hype for any new event on the server, as it is rare that anything new or innovative gets added. The events we see are usually the same continuously, (When they're actually done, Remember that Survival Games last month?) 5.) A collection of small player issues that link together and i'll explain it just read alright: Donators get /pv where they can store gear to never lose it, which i think should go. Give everyone /eec or something instead, so that more players will want to make bases to store their loot, so that there is way more for players to do. However, this brings another issue. Warlord gets p5 gear which is impossible to obtain by any other means, so that puts the warlords at a massive advantage over other donators and players. Since there was a warlord event that promoted like half the server to warlord, even the most inaccessible and overpowered gear has been made dirt, it is worth nothing. I used to be able to sell warlord kits for 80k, but now when i say I'm giving one out for free, some people can't even be arsed to empty their inventory to get it, meaning that there is no incentive to obtain the best Armour and weapons in the game, it's just kinda boring, when it's supposed to be the best gear that you can possibly get on the server. Finally, because of this, and the fact nobody can be arsed to use the gear they get, people just pvp in kitpvp instead of the overworld, so there is no risk or reward for pvping except for dumb 1v1 videos with bad copyright free music. I think kitpvp should be removed. 6.) No reward for achieving: What i do now on the server is just sit in a faction and do nothing because there is no reason for me to do anything. I think that factions should get a reward for being /f top so that there is some incentive to try and be better than others, and to make it somewhat competitive, as that is what factions is supposed to be like, right? I think there should be mini events that take like 10 minutes that head staff can organise to allow players to compete evenly with donators to earn rewards to make the experience skill-based rather than whoever has a Gucci sword and make it more even. 7.) Lack of communication: Between staff, I don't think there is much communication about much on the server, and even if it's said in chats, I don't think that much is taken in. I think a lot of staff members are left to their own devices and are on different pages when it comes to the same issue, (Not going to give an example here though). I think that the staff team should call every so often just to brainstorm different ideas and bring new possibilities to the table, so that everyone can be heard. Hell, I think it would be good if once in a while Phil and the head staff come into teamspeak and talk to the players to ask for their suggestions, which they can relay to the other staff members. Hopefully the staff members are interested in improving the server, and not just the formalities that come with the staff rank which will lead them to the next staff rank. It's been a while since i was in the staff team, but i hope that members of it feel like a community, but why don't you guys go and do something together to get to know each other, so just play something or callr so that staff members feel self-actualised. Whatever, I'm not staff at the moment. Also, linking back to the variety problem, there is not much new information relayed to players about changes to the server, given that there are hardly any, and also the changes that are introduced, such as the reworking of the economy, come right the fuck out of nowhere and piss everyone off. So therefore i believe that there should be more notice given to the players, I think we have a beastfactions notice board, put new things there, for those who dont check the forums. I probably missed a few points out, and i was rambling at points, but here are my thoughts. I will get back to you guys if i remember anything else.

This server needs rebuilding and revitalising, bringing back the veteran players may help here as it shows the new players that there is a community and not just a bunch of random people every day.

Reset evrey 3 months, 20 power per person /sell hand ftop prize, fix lava and sponges, gen bukkits, reset now make an trailer give rewards for sharing the trailer. 2 homes for non donators and make spawers hard to get
Honestly, I don't know what to say at this point. You cannot magically pop out variety, your point has been mentioned multiple times. As for the server, the damage has already been done. Example : Giving out free warlord for 4 million in hopes of saving the economy? Who's fucking idea is this? Do you even get any input or support from the other members of staff? What the actual hell? This tells us two things. Either there is lack of knowledge of the actual gamemode in the staff team. Or no one, is giving any advice or anything. We have literally been sitting here for a week, while Phil has been moving. And no other staff member has taken leadership, or calmed anyone down on the forums. Now that Phil is finally back after what is it? 2 weeks? I swear to god, I thought the server was about to shut down. I heard literally nothing from the staff members, nothing, literally went on the server and was like "where's phil, he needs to clear something up and tell us what the fuck is happening". Literally nothing, a simple he's busy irl is fine. Then I have an experience where I think the head staff hates me or something? I'm literally getting ignored, showing player reports in front of their face and I don't get a comment. I give them a simple greeting gesture and I get flat out IGNORED. Listen timo, if you think I'm a faggot and you don't want to talk to me anymore after something that happened in a video game. Just tell me, you haven't said anything to me in 5 months.
Phil isn't the only one who can be away or busy....I've been extremely busy myself. First time you've mentioned me by name recently (why I'm responding now). Didn't realize I'm expected to reach out to every player, especially ones where I've had a bad past with. Off topic for here... but whenever you like. If you made one now it would be denied though. You need to consider all factors, a major one being that people are still giving us a hard time because you were banned for having xray. We keep reminding them that if someone is connected with a client that has xray on it, we will ban regardless of who the person is and the more people tell us we're wrong (when we're not) we'll dig our heels in.

The reason why all servers have this is becuase it helps with playing, not having this makes people go to servers that do have it.
