i think you should give phone interviews as an option along with skype and teamspeak for staff applications.

I think that you should make the xp gain from mcmmo potion brewing higher, it is really low and near impossible to farm.

Maybe Armours for sale in the vip section? op ones that cost thousands to buy per set?

I would like to faction wars come back. I heard rumors that people were exploiting, but it was a great way to get your pvp mcmmo up, plus it was a good even match. If the loopholes could be fixed, I would love to see it come back, or another version of faction wars.
